We know that money is "anything" accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts, but do we understand that "Money is a matter of functions four - a medium, a measure, a standard, a store"? Thus, money functions as a medium of exchange, a unit of account (eg. currency, the dominant form), a standard for the unit of account, and a store of value (eg. to hold, to save, or to defer the exchange). What is evident ... Money is a subject that needs to be confronted, discussed, and certainly needs to be better understood!
